The TraceMed software for the verification of medicinal products (serialization) ensures that all operations planned for pharmaceutical wholesalers are carried out. A simple and intuitive interface enables every registered user to verify the status of a medicinal product package and unregister (withdraw) it in the EMVO database. TraceMed ensures bulk operations on medicinal product packages that can be imported from external files or pasted/sent from a 2D barcode scanner operating offline.

Each operation with a EMVO response is stored for the period of 5 years according to the binding GDP laws (Guidelines of 7 March 2013 on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use; 2013/C 68/01). At all times, a report from the data available in TraceMed might be created upon request. Full filtration of information ensures that the report (in .pdf, .csv, .html format) is created exactly as needed.

TraceMed software for pharmaceutical wholesalers supports the aggregation process for medicinal product packages. Unit packages assigned to a bulk package make packing easier and reduce the time needed for a repeated verification or unregistering (withdrawal) in the EMVO database. This solution is dedicated for wholesalers that prepare packages for branches or customers awaiting aggregated shipments.
